Full-time Assistant Manager

Job Opening: We are seeking an assistant manager to join our team.  As assistant manager, the qualified candidate will be responsible for any and all tasks assigned associated with the hunting and shooting operations. This position requires a variety of skills like managing employees, excellent organizational skills, calendar management, self-motivated, driven to assist in business growth, and a passion for the hunting and shooting sport industries.

Part Time Positions

JOB OPENINGS: We are looking to expand our part time staff at Highland Hunting LLC. Seeking a motivated individual to work part-time hours which may include some early mornings, evenings, weekends. Generally, weekday hours conclude by 6:30 PM during the hunting season, however spring and summer hours can extend longer. Flexible schedule.

Applicant must be at least 14 years of age. High School students are encouraged to apply. Driver’s license or work permit is preferred, but not necessary. Must have good communication skills, basic computer skills, common tool and small equipment skills (will train), and have a positive attitude.

Position Start -March 2019

Position duties include but not limited to:

  • Assist with general farm labor and husbandry of game birds
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • Assist with special events including but not limited to hunting, sporting clays and special gatherings
  • Keep Highland Hunting a clean, safe, and exciting environment for all ages
