Iowa 2021 Prois Upland Mentor Hunt – October 22-24.
In partnership with Scheels and Prois, we are excited to host the Prois Upland Mentor Hunt. Two new women hunters will be able earn the chance to participate in a video social media campaign to hunt along Prois Pro-staff. Pro-staff will serve as mentors on and off the field for these new hunters. Additionally, Scheels (Coralville, IA) will host a Prois in-store event that weekend to further promote and engage women hunters.
The hunt is limited to 8-10 pro-staff, and two new women hunters to keep the hunting group size manageable. There are seven bedrooms and three bathrooms at the hunting lodge, rooms have 2-3 beds each. Sleeping arrangements can be sorted out upon arrival. Because of COVID we don’t mix groups staying, so Prois will have the run of the house. Hunters are welcome to bring their own dogs. We have an area inside the lodge for travel kennels, but dogs are not allowed to roam freely in the building. The nearest airport is Cedar Rapids, IA (CID) and is about a 40 minute drive.
License Fees:
Iowa law requires that anyone born after January 1, 1972 must be certified in hunter education before they are eligible to purchase an Iowa hunting license.

- Non-residents can purchase a hunting preserve license ($22) once at our facility. Hunters must bring a driver’s license, SSN#, and hunter education #.
